Our 3 Step Process
How We Make Animations Easy
Step 1
Storyboard
The storyboard serves as the outline of the animation. This is typically a 2D drawing of the story. It's important to think about these questions during the initial stages: What do you want to achieve? What do you want your target audience to feel? This sets the tone of how the animation will be made and to ensure your goals are achieved in the final work.
Step 2
Animatic
We start creating the 3D assets from the storyboard that serve as the foundation of the animation. There is no coloring or lighting in this stage. Any movements or model animation is usually demonstrated here.
Step 3
Completed Animation
We finish the animation by colouring all the 3D assets and lighting the scene. We utilise mood-boards to select the "look" or style of the animation you desire. We then go to to post production where we add motion blur, transitions and sound to complete your animation. Most projects take approximately 2-4 weeks to complete.
